You will be working in a newly created role responsible for delivering exemplary customer service while maintaining a high standard of administrative efficiency in our ELC Communities. If you are passionate about early childhood education, dedicated to nurturing young minds, and eager to be a part of a dynamic and supportive team, we invite you to send through your application.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Educational Leader to ensure smooth operation of the early learning centresManage the teaching and coeducator staff roster and CRT schedules as requiredIn liaison with the Head of Campus, implement an effective staff management processEnsure policies and procedures adhere to National Quality Standards (NQS) and Legislative standards, and are approved by the Head of CampusComplete and manage the ongoing Funding requirements on the Kindergarten Information Management (KIM) System and maintain ongoing updatesOrganise and manage casual bookings for Long Day Program, including School HolidaysQualifications and Experience:Working With Children CheckUnderstanding of the National Quality Framework (Desirable)Administrative experience, preferably in an Early Learning CentreHigh level of technology skills, preferably in Microsoft 365 Applications close - 17 October 2023 About Firbank Grammar SchoolFor more than 110 years Firbank Grammar has been at the forefront of teaching and learning, providing exceptional education and outstanding opportunities to its students.
